Bali Visa Extension

Extend your stay without leaving the island. Whether you hold a VOA, eVOA, or B211A, we manage the paperwork, the immigration appointments, and the deadlines — so you never face an overstay fine.

Overview

More time in Bali, handled for you

Indonesia's overstay penalty is IDR 1,000,000 per day — a cost that accumulates quickly and can complicate future entry. The safest way to stay longer is to extend your visa well before it expires, and the simplest way to do that is to let us handle it. Bali Visa Now tracks your dates, prepares every form, and accompanies you to immigration when attendance is required.

From a single VOA extension that adds 30 days to a multi-stage B211A extension programme that keeps you in Bali for months, our service covers every in-country visa scenario. We also handle KITAS renewals for holders of long-stay permits who need to maintain their status without interruption.

The Process

How we process your extension

01

Early check-in

Contact us at least 7–10 days before your visa expires. We review your current visa type, calculate the deadline, and confirm the extension pathway available to you.

02

Document preparation

We collect the required documents — passport, existing visa, and any supporting paperwork — then prepare the complete extension application on your behalf.

03

Immigration appointment

For B211A extensions, Indonesian immigration requires an in-person visit for photo and biometric capture. We accompany you or, where permitted, handle the submission directly.

04

Extension granted

Your passport is returned with the extension stamp and new expiry date confirmed. We record the new deadline and remind you ahead of any subsequent extension window.

Why Use Us

Zero overstay, zero guesswork

Deadline tracking included

We log your expiry date the moment you engage us and send a reminder before the extension window opens. Overstay fines are entirely avoidable — and with us, they are.

We go to immigration with you

B211A extensions require an immigration office visit. Our team accompanies you, manages the queue, translates where needed, and ensures the appointment runs smoothly.

KITAS renewals too

Holders of long-stay KITAS permits can also use our renewal service. We manage the paperwork cycle so your residency status remains uninterrupted year after year.

Questions & Answers

Extension questions

How early should I start the extension process?

We recommend contacting us at least 7–10 days before your visa expires. Immigration processing can take several working days and appointments are not always immediate, so earlier is always safer. If your visa expires in fewer than 7 days, contact us urgently — we have an emergency service for time-critical situations.

What happens if I overstay my visa?

Overstaying incurs a fine of IDR 1,000,000 per day, payable at departure. Prolonged overstays can result in deportation and a ban on future entry. If you are already past your expiry date, contact us immediately — our emergency service can advise on the fastest resolution path.
