Bali Visa Fees 2026

A transparent breakdown of every cost involved in obtaining an Indonesian visa or stay permit — government fees, service fees, and what can vary.

Budgeting for your permit

What You Will Actually Pay

Indonesian visa costs fall into two distinct categories: government (immigration) fees set by regulation, and service fees charged by facilitators like us for managing the process. Government fees are fixed for everyone; service fees vary based on permit complexity, how quickly you need the result, and what documentation support is required. Nationality can also affect eligibility for certain routes and therefore the overall cost pathway — we flag this upfront rather than after you have committed.

The figures below reflect 2026 schedules and our standard all-in service pricing. We provide written quotes before any work begins, so you know the full picture — government fees, our fee, and any likely ancillary costs — with no surprises at the end. If your situation is time-sensitive, same-day and express options are available at an additional charge that we quote transparently alongside the standard option.

Questions & Answers

Questions about costs

Why do KITAS fees vary so much between providers?

KITAS processing involves multiple steps — sponsorship, translation, filing, and follow-up — and the complexity differs by category. Some providers quote only their service fee; others include government fees. We always quote all-in so you can compare like-for-like.

What is the overstay fine in Indonesia?

The official fine is IDR 1,000,000 per day of overstay, capped at a maximum defined by immigration regulation. Beyond the fine, overstay can affect future visa applications. We track your expiry dates and alert you well in advance to avoid this entirely.
